- 4 apples

- 40g flour
- 30g cane sugar
- 10cl skim milk
- 1 packet of yeast
- (You can also easily alter the recipe by adding some cinammon to make apple cinnamon muffins!)
Step by step:
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces or thin slices according to the size of your muffin tin or molds.
Pour the sugar, flour, and yeast into a bowl and mix it together.
Add the eggs and milk. Mix again until smooth.
Add the pieces of apple to the batter and mix.
Pour the batter into the muffin tin or molds.
Let the muffins bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (around 355F). To check the muffins, insert a toothpick or the point of a knife into a muffin; if it comes out wet then they are not completely baked yet.
Let the muffins cool off, take them out of the molds, and enjoy!
